The rain started falling as Nancy cried on the dark road. Everything the strange woman told her began to ring on her head like a bell. She could remember vividly the very words of Michael concerning the baby: ...PLEASE, TAKE CARE OF MY BABY... Then she began to cry the more.
"I need to take you to the hospital" Sandra told her.

Kenneth got tired of shouting Nancy's and Sandra's names and everything became a reality to him. He threw his car on the floor and sat down on the ground. He glanced at his car with had the beauty of this world. "Vanity upon vanity" he thought. He glanced at Michael's grave and shook his head piteously. He began to remember what they did together in high school as teenagers. Then tears fell down from his eyes. "I'm sorry, Michael" he said aloud. "I'm sorry for everything, but i must commend you; you are a great person, a hero.." he stood up. "I shall be with you soon" he concluded and entered his car. Marvelous watched him drove off, then she hurried to Raymond's apartment.
Raymond was doing an assignment with his laptop. He wore a red singlet and a boxer. On his wrist was a golden wrist watch. He glanced at it, 9:15pm, he closed his his laptop to carry it inside. Suddenly, Marvelous began to knock at the door.
"Who's there?!" Raymond asked.
"Is me Marvelous!"
"Marvelous?" He said with a low voice and rushed the door. Marvelous entered with the baby in her hands after he opened it without saying anything but only greeted, then Raymond stared at her and the baby. "What's happening?" he asked.
"Please, can we stay here tonight?" Marvelous requested.
"We? You and who?
"My aunt and i, plus this baby"
Raymond looked at the baby. "Who's baby is it?" he asked.
"Is a long story dear" she replied sitting on the cushion. Suddenly, her phone rang again and she quickly picked it.
"Hello, aunt, Nancy where are you nah?!" she asked bitterly.
"Marvelous, we need to know where you are" Nancy replied.
"We? You and who?"
"My friend and i"
Marvelous looked at Raymond for an approval. He nodded his head positively in agreement.
Marvelous gave Nancy the address of Raymond's apartment and they started coming.

Kenneth drove to their high priest, Goma. He cried and begged for more time to be given to him.
"Kenneth, your time it up!" Goma shouted. "You have no extra time. You have been doomed to death!"
Kenneth cried and begged but all to no avail. Then he quietly went home. He came out from his car and looked at the duplex. He thought of how he would lose all those things. So he had no choice but to face his death like a man but die like a chicken. Then he sluggishly went inside the house.

Few, minutes later, Nancy and Sandra arrived at Raymond's resident. Marvelous was shocked when she saw her looking tired and dirty. She also stared at Sandra but wasn't much.
"Please, make yourselves at home" Raymond announced.
Nancy quietly laid on the floor without saying anything.
"No, we a bed!" Raymond told her but Sandra waved her hand to him, telling him that he should leave her.
Marvelous wondered in surprise. "What happened to her?" she asked looking at Sandra.
"She was bleeding" she replied.
"Bleeding? Oh God! I told her not go oh!" Marvelous began to cry which woke Henry up from the room. He came out wearing boxers and singlet too. He was surprise to see all of them.
"Stop crying dear" Sandra and Raymond told her.
"Please, you need to tell me if she has losed the baby"
"I don't know" Sandra replied. "She refused to go to the hospital because we had no money with us.
"Is she pregnant?" Raymond asked and Sandra nodded her head positively.
"Then, she needs to be taken to the hospital now!" he dressed up with Henry. They went out to call a cab. When the cab was available, Raymond called Marvelous privately in his room and gave her money for hospital bills.
Only Raymond, Henry and the baby who was sleeping were at home while others went to the hospital.

At the hospital, Marvelous prayed very hard to see that Nancy didn't lose her brother's child. She stood beside the bed with Sandra watching the doctor examine her. After some minutes, Sandra asked, "Doctor, is she okay?"
"Yes, she's fine"
"What about the baby?" Marvelous asked.
"The baby is in a good conditions, he's fine. But she shouldn't be allowed to stress herself much" the doctor concluded.
Marvelous and Sandra were happy to hear that. So they smiled at each other while Nancy laid on the bed fast asleep looking exhausted..

On the other hand, Kenneth prepared for his death..
