THE SINFUL ACT (My blood) Season 1 Episode 2 The bright sunny day was gone. The weather began to show signs of unseen success to whomsoever the luck will knock at his door. Michael believed that it was his luck as he walked to Kenneth's resident. Kenneth has been his friend right from their high school, but he didn't attend his tertiary institution before he started struggling on how to better his life. He had a small but comfortable apartment in his father's compound. He was fair in complexion and looking handsome. Before him was a drink on a table as he sat on the cushion. Suddenly, Michael knocked at the door and he opened. "Hey, my man!" Kenneth shouted, shook his hand and gave him a friendly hug. "Guy, look at you!" Michael shouted back. "Take a seat" Michael sat down looking at the small but mighty room. Kenneth gave him a glass of wine and sat on a different chair. "Guy, where have u been? You suddenly disappeared" Michael prostrated. "Yeah, this place wasn't favourable to me so i had to move out insearch of daily breads" "Daily bread? No wonder your apartment has become more beautiful" "This? This is just temporal, i have a duplex I'm building" "What?! Duplex! How did you do that?" Michael kept his wine and paid more attention. "I have a business doing of course" "What business?" "I import goods for about 3months now" "Three months and you are building a duplex. How did you even start?" "That's a story for another day" Kenneth replied and took a drink. Michael glanced at the room once again quietly. "What about your sister?" he asked. "You mean Sandra? She's in UK" Michael was speechless, he took his wine and sat properly. Students were moving up and down the campus either singly or in a group. Marvelous was with her friends, they were all holding books as they walked. Some of their fixed hair look scattered-fashion. "..Listen girls, you see that lecturer, his plans will not work" Amanda, the closest friend of Marvelous said. "Don't mind him, he thinks he can sleep..." another girl wanted to say but was interrupted by the presence of Raymond, then all became quiet. "Hi, girls" Raymond said. "Sorry for interrupting you girl" They were still quiet looking at him. "Please, i want to speak with Marvelous" "Me? What for?" Marvelous asked. "Just a minute" Marvelous looked at her friends and they excused her and Raymond. "You remember me?" "Yes, the one i met earlier today. Raymond, right?" "Yes" Marvelous waited for him to say his intentions looking straight into his eyes. "Please, can i have your number?" Raymond said. "What for?" Marvelous asked. "I don't think i can do that" "Just for a friendship sake" "No, I'm sorry" she walked out and joined her friends. Raymond watched them laugh and said something he couldn't hear as they went. Raymond was dark in complexion. He leaved outside the campus with his friend, Henry. He was actually born with a silver spoon. His father is one of he richest men in town. Henry was doing his assignment when he entered and sat down quietly for some minutes. Henry noticed it and said, "Guy, what's troubling you? I have never seen you in this mood unless you are unable to get what you like. Tell me, what's the problem?" he moved down from his chair to the cushion where Raymond was sitting. "Is about a girl" Raymond replied in a low voice. "A girl? I have never seen you with a girl. Who's this girl?" "Her name is Marvelous" he looked at him."I have a strong feelings of love for her. I love her!" Henry smiled. "This is strange, Raymond inlove, with a ghost probably" "Guy, I'm not joking!" "Okay, tell me how you met her.." Marvelous got home as usually. She noticed that her brother wasn't at home, then her mother told her his way about. Marvelous loved her brother so much that she always wanted to see him. The day was dark, she did her assignment and wanted to sleep. She covered herself with a wrapper on the local metal bed, suddenly, she found herself smiling. She tried to know the cause, She gasp when she noticed it was Raymond
