Malam, the gateman wondered why Karina ran out of the house with her cloth not well buttoned. "Banaso irin wana abun fa" He spoke in Hausa language which means, "I don't like this kind of thing"
The fire that was burning inside Rose quenched by force when she realised that things had gone out of hand. She didn't know what else to do as she laid on the bed half naked. "What has come over me? What if Karina tell people about this?" she thought.

Mrs Kate, wasn't at home when Karina ran back home looking exhausted. "Where is mummy?" She asked her younger brother, Desire.
"I don't know" He replied in a low baby voice. Karina went straight into her room and locked the door. "God, am i dreaming?" The temperature of the room suddenly became hot. She put on the ceiling fan and laid on the bed, but she stood up after few seconds and sat on a plastic chair. She was just restless. "Is this why Rose has been avoiding boys? Wait o, that's why she called me darling the other day. No, this is not true. She can't be a les... God have mercy. This is not ordinary" She talk to herself throughout the day.

Jerry and Timothy were at their varander. There was a flower in front the compound which made it look a little bit beautiful.
"Guy, i don't like what you did today o" Timothy told Jerry.
"What do you mean by that? So you expected me to allow that girl to insult me, abi?" Jerry looked at him.
"I don't see any wrong thing Rose did to you"
"The girl is proving too big. i must show her and his brother that they have just touched the lion by the tail, so you have to tell me if you are with me or not" Timothy was silent while Jerry walked away angrily.

It was Wednesday morning. Student in all places prepared for school except Rose who couldn't stand the shame of seeing Karina in school.
"Rose, i hope you are going to school today"The mother opened her door.
"Mummy, I'm not feeling fine" Rose stretched herself on the bed.
"Sickness? Since when?"
"Since i came back from school yesterday"
"Alright, make sure you visit a chemist" The mother closed the door and went to work.
At school, Nath and Alex were careful with Jerry and Timothy. They believed that Timothy was actually their enemy. They went to the back of their class during break time.
"Guy, is it until Jesus Christ came down front heaven before you know that Karina loves you?" Alex brought up a topic.
"I love her too but..."
"But nothing. Just tell her your mind" Alex interrupted.
Karina hoped to see Rose, probably to see a naughty Rose but it was break time, yet, she didn't see her. She went to inserch of Alex but found Nath with him at the back of their class.
"Here she comes" Alex pointed at Karina. "Just tell her your mind now" He suggested.
"Hi, guys" Karina approached.
"Xup baby girl" Nath stood up for her to see down.
"Thank you. Alex, why is your sister not in school?" She sat on the place provided.
"She said she is sick" Alex moved closed to Nath.
Karina was aware that Rose wasn't sick but because of the shame of facing her. "Ok, i will come and see her" She replied.
Alex was touching Nath with style to tell him that it was time for him to talk to Karina. "Let me buy pure water" He left.
Karina also stood up to go but Nath called her back. "I have been meaning to tell you this" Nath looked at her.
"What's it?" Karina paid much attention.
"I love you. I love you so much" Karina wasn't expecting. "Really?" She asked surprisingly.
"Yes, i want you to be my girlfriend" Nath held her hand.
"This is the moment i have been waiting for!" Karina said in her mind happily.
"Yes, i will be your girlfriend" She felt like kissing him but she controlled herself.
"Really? Thank you" Nath stared at her.
"I will see you after school" Karina walked out looking at him.
"Wait!" Nath ran and hugged her. Timothy and Jerry saw them as they were passing. "Mehn, i can't stand this" Timothy said.

"Don't worry we shall teach them a lesson" Jerry replied him.
Alex was at the corner watching everything that was happening
