Michael's room was like usual except his presence wasn't there anymore. Nancy took a broom and started sweeping as she sang a victorious song. She tied a wrapper on the white night gown which she was wearing. Suddenly, she heard someone knocking at the door of the sittingroom. She couldn't believe who she saw when she went out to check-Kenneth. He dressed like an elder but in a boyoyo way with a black hat and a staff. On his eyes were a pair of transparent eyeglass for boyoyos.
"How are you Nancy?" he said.
"Welcome, i wasn't expecting you" Nancy said.
"Oh yes, that's true.."
They remained quiet for a while.
"Sit down" Nancy said, she kept the broom and adjusted her wrapper as she sat on a different chair. "So what can i do for you?" she asked looking straight in his eyes.
Kenneth cleared his throat and placed his staff before him in a way that he placed his two hands on it. "You know it have been long we saw each other, since from our high school, and as we all know, Michael was a very good friend of mine.."
Nancy listened attentively for him to get to the point.
He continued, "So, i was thinking since Michael is no more, i will take good care.. of you"
Nancy smiled. "That's so good of you, but as you can see, i am already well taken care of by myself"
"Of course i know, but you still need a man in your life.. Believe me, you won't regrate it"
Nancy knew where he was going, then she became angry. "I appreciate your concern but you need to... Wait a second, who even told you that i need a man?"
"Believe me you won't regrate it" Kenneth said. He brought out a bunch of money and stretched his hand to give her. Nancy stood up immediately. "Stand up and leave this house now!" she shrieked. "I said leave!" she adjusted her wrapper.
Kenneth stood up and left the house quietly.

3MONTHS LATER
Kenneth's duplex was completed. He had disturbed Nancy severally for a relationship but she gave him a serious warning never to step foot in G-family again. The duplex had many windows and doors. In the compound were cars and a swimming pool. Kenneth, haven't been told by Goma that Sandra's time of delivery is due, he began to look for a way to use the unborn baby for a sacrifice otherwise he will also die like a chicken. Then he picked up his phone to call Sandra.
"Hello, Sandra" he said.
"What do you want?" Sandra asked in her big stomach sitting in the livingroom.
"I was thinking if you would visit Nigeria. I have just completed me building"
Sandra smiled. "Well, congratulations, but I'm not stepping feet inside your so called house" she said.
"But what about the baby?"
"Which baby? Aaaah!!" she shouted and cut the call. Kenneth wondered why she shouted.

Williams rushed out from the bedroom to see what was making Sandra to shout.
"My waist!! My waist oh!" she shouted with her hands on her waist.
Williams helped her up. "Just take it easy honey" he said as both headed to the car. He carried her straight to the hospital. Nurses and a doctor took Sandra into the labour room. Of course Williams was there too to witness everything.
Few hours later, Sandra gave birth to a baby girl which had her resemblance. The baby was more fair in complexion than any member of their family. Williams smiled as a nurse handed the baby to Sandra to see.

Kenneth was summoned by Goma, the evil priest of the sinful society. Other members were also present standing opposite each other in black attires.
"Kenneth!" Goma could with a loud voice.
"Yes my Lord" he answered.
"Your sister has put to bed, i believe you know what to do. The child must be brought here for a sacrifice in the next 31days otherwise you die!"
"Yes, my lord" Kenneth responded.

THE NEXT DAY
kenneth had tried by all means to convince Sandra to come back to Nigeria with the baby but she had refused. Therefore, he began to pack his things for a trip to United Kingdom. He wore a black suit and his usual hat. In his hands was a suitcase as he entered his car and drove to the airport.
