Mrs Nduka came out with the DPO, everybody looked at them in anticipation.
"Release those girls" The DPO commanded the policemen. Alex was surprise to hear 'Those girls' because he was expecting only Catherine to be released.
Mr and Mrs Doye thanked Alex's mother after she told them that Elizabeth had be bailed by her. Words couldn't explain how much grateful they were.
Elizabeth entered inside her father's Taxi and they drove home.
Sandra was standing helplessly before Mrs Luis after she had thanked her in a million times.
"Where are your parents?" Mrs Nduka asked her.
"I lost them in the village when i was 20" Sandra replied in tears.
"Then you didn't see any other thing to do with your life except lesbianism?" Mrs Nduka said angrily.
"I promise to do away with it" Sandra replied in tears.
Mrs Luis looked at Catherine and her mother, she said, "Enter the car lets go"
Alex opened the door of the car for them. Catherine stared at him as she entered. She was smelling but Alex didn't bother about it.
"Join them" Mrs Nduka also told Sandra and Alex humbly opened the door for her too. Mrs Nduka shook hand with the DPO and headed to the car. Alex sat in the front seat with his mother and they drove off.
Everybody in the car was silent as they drove on the way. Alex occasionally glanced through the side-mirror of the car to see Catherine. Sometimes he saw her staring at him. Catherine was also aware that he was looking at her through the mirror.
"Lesbianism is a demonic act!" Mrs Nduka broke the silent.
"My dear, is more than demonic" Mrs Luis supported her while the teenagers listened.
Mrs Nduka continued, "It is evil and unholy! I don't know why some girls involve themselves in such act. Are they trying to prove God wrong by making love to their fellow girls?"
"My sister ask them oh" Mrs Luis echoed from the back seat. "Is God stupid by creating man and woman?" She asked rhetorically.
"I wonder!, i wonder!" Mrs Nduka shook her head bitterly.

Meanwhile, Mr Doye had shouted at his daughter Elizabeth when they got home. "Thank God for that woman if not you would have rusted in prison!" He exclaimed.
Elizabeth went into the bathroom, she removed her smelling cloth and took a long bath.
Mr and Mrs Doye planned for a day they will visit Mrs Nduka specially with Elizabeth.

Catherine and her mother got to their destination. They came down from the car.
"Make sure you see me as i have told you" Mrs Nduka told Mrs Luis.
Alex whined down the glass of the car and Catherine waved her hand at him.
Mrs Nduka also told Sandra to see her on the same day she told Mrs Luis and her daughter, Catherine.
Sandra went home in shame. She couldn't look at Simbi, her neighbour. She walked inside.

On Monday, some students came to school while some didn't. All the prefect were around. Timothy and Nath were told by Alex on how he made his mother bailed Catherine and Elizabeth.
"Guy, you too much!" Timothy exclaimed.
"But, what if your mother allowed you to hang yourself to death, would you have agreed to do that?" Nath asked looking at Alex.
"I know my mother, she wouldn't have allow me to die" Alex replied.
"No, assuming she allowed you, what would you have done it?" Timothy refreshed the question.
Alex was quiet for some moment. All were smiling as they listen for him to answer that question.
"Guys, there is no way i would have killed myself nah" Alex replied and all started laughing seriously.
"Nigerians no dey carry last nah!" Nath said aloud.
Teachers were recording students results. Some senior students were hanging around the school compound with their date if they had any. Some were picking mangoes under a mango tree.
Rose had also told Karina what happened throughout the weekend and She was surprise at Alex's way of life and intelligence.
"Well, that's the power of love" Karina concluded.
"Yes, and my hero loves me too" Rose said flinging her hands like a teenage girl she is.
"Hmm.. You have forgotten that he's my hero too" Karina replied with a smile..
