Alex wondered how to respond to the question thrown to them by the policeman. "We are their classmate" He responded.
"Whose classmate?" The policeman moved closed with his gun.
"These girls classmate" Nath replied pointing at the three girls.

Mr Doye, Elizabeth's father was a vibrant man who doesn't tolerate nonsense from anybody. He was a taxi driver with a pregnant wife who couldn't bear the pains and shame Elizabeth brought to the family. Mr Doye arrived at the police station in a haste. "Where is that stupid daughter of mine!" He shouted as he entered. Alex and his friends adjusted from the placed the girls were sitting due to the fire that was burning from Mr Doye's eyes. He hit Elizabeth with his car key and wanted to give her a hot slap but he was interrupted by a policeman who held his hand. "Allow me to deal with this useless girl!" He shouted.
Sandra was just looking at everybody in tears, she had nobody who will ask her or probably shout at her.
Alex and his friends knew they couldn't do anything at that point, so they decided to go home.
The three girls were dragged up by the policemen and pushed inside. Catherine looked back and saw Alex already looking at her, tears ran down her eyes the more.

On the road, Alex and his friends departed to their various houses after saying good bye to each other except Nath and Karina who went home without saying anything to each other.

The time was 4:00p.m. Mrs Kate, Karina's mother was wondering where her daughter had gone to since morning as she was sitting in the parlour. Karina came in looking exhausted.
"Where are you coming from?" The mother asked angrily..
"Mummy, i went to see a friend.. Sorry, she's not my friend" Karina corrected suspiciously.
"Who is this your friend and why did you visit her?" the mother looked straight into her eyes.
"Mummy, i said she's not my friend" Karina didn't know how to explain the story of lesbianism because her mum had warned her about it.
"Then why did you visit her?" The mum was still inquisitive.
"Mummy, she was arrested by the police"
"Why?" Karina was quiet.
"Why was she arrested nah?!" Mrs Kate yelled.
"Mummy, she was caught practising lesbianism" Karina replied in a low voice and adjusted backward.
"What?! You are a friend to a lesbian?" The mum stood up.
"No oh, mummy, i told you she's not my friend" Karina put down her bag.
"It better be, because if a hear any rubbish in this house, i will send you to your early grave" The mother concluded.

Timothy and Nath weren't questioned by their parents about their way about probably because they were boys.
Jerry was totally feeling unconcern about the whole issue. He stayed partially away from Timothy and his friends since Rose rejected his proposal. But he sometimes visits Timothy and they discuss as old friends.
"Who would have believed that a girl as beautiful as Catherine could associate herself in such dirty act" Timothy told Jerry.
"Hmm.. That's why I'm afraid to getting close to girls these days" Jerry replied. "Where did you people go after school?" He asked.
"To the police station" Timothy replied.
"You people no get work oh" Jerry concluded.

On the next day, Karina kept on ignoring Nath even when he had stopped her on the way or in her classroom.
Alex decided to meet Catherine's mother with his sister Rose in their house after school was over. Rose actually wanted to make Karina follow them but she refused because she didn't want to be interrogated by her mother again like a policeman.

At Mrs Luis resident, Alex knocked at the wooden door. Mrs Luis who didn't go to market opened the door for them.
"Good afternoon, ma" Alex greeted.
"Welcome" Mrs Luis let them in. It was clear to her that Alex and Rose came from her daughter's school due to the uniform they were putting on. "Sit down" She offered them a seat.
"We have come to know how Catherine is doing?" Alex said.
"They are demanding for 1 million naira in 2weeks or she will be taken to the court" Mrs Luis replied sadly and Alex looked at her sister.
