Alice and Karina watched the phone rang continuously. The room was a bit dark that the ray of light from the phone was visibly seen. Karina took the phone and showed Alice the caller.
"Pick the call and know what he has to say" Alice said and Karina picked the call.
"Hello.."
"Please, you have to believe me" Nath began to plead again. He continued, "You can still talk to my friend here, he will tell you the truth.."
"Nath, I'm sorry" Karina interrupted.
"For what?"
"For not believing and trusting you"
"Really? I'm sorry too"
Alice was already smiling at there romantic conversation and reconciliation.
"So, have you got some friends?" Nath changed the topic.
"Yes, one is with me now"
"Ok, please, be a good girl and study"
"Alright, i love you"
"I love you too"
Nath was relieved from too much of thinking and wondering. John looked and him and laughed.
"Why are you laughing?"
"Guy, you still dey play loverboy"
"Abeg, don't even start"
"Ok, we shall see where it will land you" John concluded.

Alice comprehended the current mood of Karina which was absolutely charming. She also laughed aloud. Karina looked at her and wondered why she was laughing.
"I can see you love this your Nath very well" Alice said.
"Yes, very much"
"Hmm.. But that doesn't mean you won't have fun"
"What do you mean by fun?"
"Listen girl, you have to get a guy that can keep you active.. You know"
"I still don't understand"
Alice stood up from the chair and laid on the bed with her.
"You need a boyfriend here too, someone like Jojo. I think is a good guy"
"Please, i don't want to cheat on Nath"
"But you want Nath to cheat on you"
"What do you mean?"
"You can't tell me Nath will stay throughout in UNILAG without having a girlfriend or have fun with another girl. I'm not saying you shouldn't go on with your loverboy, but you need to have another one here. Such is life"
Karina was speechless without knowing what to think or say and Alice waited for her to say something, but she never spoke a word.

UNIPORT was like every other university. Students mind their businesses and hang around when necessary. Lectures went on as usual and Elizabeth grew more wings. Though, girls with fair complexion are said to be more attractive in the sight of men, but no man will see the black beauty of Elizabeth without thinking twice. She was the typical definition of 'black is beautiful' She came out from the lecture hall and all eyes were fixed on her. Her friend was close beside her.
"Girl, see how boys are starring at you" Victory, her friend said.
"How does that concern me?" Elizabeth walked like a cat shaking her big butt vigorously.
"Hey, excuse me" A male voice said from behind and the two girls looked back.
"Can i talk to you please, i mean the black one?"
Elizabeth stood while Victory stepped out to a distance.
"Hi, is anything the matter?" Elizabeth asked.
"No, my name is Francis. May i know your name, please?" He stretched his hand.
"I'm Elizabeth" She shook his hand still waiting for him to let the cat out of the bag.
"Wow, that's a nice name and it suit you"
"Thank you"
"Can i see you around next time, so that we know each other better"
"Is okay"
They exchanged numbers. Elizabeth joined Victory and they went home.

8:30pm Mrs Luis came back from work and found Catherine vomiting. She kept her bags and walked towards her.
"Are you okay?"
"I'm ok, mama"
"But you are vomiting"
"It's just a fever" Catherine stretched herself.
"Since when?" the mother asked.
"Since yesterday"
"Sorry, go and take drugs"
Catherine followed her mother semutanuoisly. They got to the entrance of their house and Catherine rushed back to vomit again. The mother was worried and suspicious. She went back too.
"Are you sure this is fever?"
"Yes, mama"
She touched her to check her body temperature. She opened her eyes and touched her breast.
"Catherine, are you pregnant?"
Catherine was quiet.
"I'm asking you!"
Catherine nodded her head positively and adjusted backward.
"You are joking!!" The mother shouted and adjusted forward too.
