On the next day which was on Friday, Alex decided to get rid of the feelings he had for Catherine. But his heart always melts whenever he sees her especially when she answers question smartly in the class.
Mr Uche, the physics teacher came into the class, all the student stood up and greeted.
"Sit down" Mr Uche said and placed his text book on the front locker. "Who can tell me the last topic we had?" He said with his hands behind him.
"Measurement of resistance by Ohm's law" Timothy answered from behind.
"Alright" Mr Uche replied and went to the white board. "A cell of internal resistance 2 Ohms supplies current to a 6-Ohm resistor. Find the efficiency of the cell" He wrote on the board. The class was quiet.
"Somebody should come and solve this on the board" Mr Uche waved his marker in the air. Catherine raised her hand up and collected the marker from him. She solved while everybody watched her especially Alex.
"The answer is 2.5%" Catherine said as she handed the marker back to him.
"Who can prove her wrong" Mr Uche requested again.
"Let me prove her wrong" Alex stood up and looked at Catherine as he took the marker.
"The answer is 7.5%" He handed the marker back and Catherine looked at him in disgust.
Mr uche looked at the work of the two students on the board. "Catherine was actually getting the answer but fail on the road while Alex corrected nd got the answer. Pls a round of applause for him" He said and all the students clapped except Catherine.

Before school was over, Karina handed the letter to Alex. "Please, give this to Nath" She said.
"Is anything the matter?" Alex asked.
"Just give it to him" Karina concluded with a frowned face.

Nath was packaging his books when Alex came in with the letter. He handed it over to him.
"What's this?" Nath asked.
"Karina said i should give it to you" Alex replied. He collected it and put inside his bag.
"Guy, u aren't treating that girl well oh" Alex said but Nath didn't say anything.

In the evening, Elizabeth followed Catherine to Sandra's house. They knocked on the door while the lady Sandra quarreled with watched them.
"Come in" Sandra said from inside. The two girls entered.
"Hey, my love! Long time!" Sandra hugged Catherine emotionally. She looked at Elizabeth and asked, "Who's this?"
"She's my friend. Her name is Elizabeth" Catherine introduced.
"You are welcome" Sandra shook her hand and admired her big butt and breast. Catherine gave her a sign which explained that Elizabeth was also in the game of lesbianism.
Sandra brought food, they ate and discussed. They equally had fun.

Nath brought out the letter from his bag. "She wants to breakup with me" He thought as he opened the letter which says, "DEAR NATHANIEL IGWE, IT'S OBVIOUS THAT YOU DON'T LOVE ME BUT U ARE AFTER MY BODY. I CAN'T DO WHAT U EXPECT ME TO DO. I CAN'T AFFORD TO LOSE MY PRIDE AT THIS AGE. I WANT YOU TO UNDERSTAND THAT I CAN STILL LIVE WITHOUT YOU AND ALSO KEEP MY PRIDE.."
Nath closed the letter after reading it. He wondered what she meant by pride. "What could that be? She mentioned it on the day i wanted to make love her" He thought. After a long thought he understood that Karina was talking about her virginity. "I'm very stupid!" He regrated and hit his head with his hand.

On the next week which was exam day, the principal drove the students that were owing school fees. "Go, no exam for you!" She shouted as she moved around the classes. Elizabeth was sent home because she had not completed her fees.
When she got home, she felt bored and wanted to have fun. She headed to Sandra's place. Simbi, the lady who quarrelled with Sandra was outside watching her as she entered.
