Nath adjusted on the seat he was sitting, he knew that things has gone out of hand.
"Be quiet!" Mr Cane shouted and his voice was echoed from behind.
"What a wicket act from a teenager!" The principal turned to Timothy. "Just because an innocent girl didn't accept your so called proposal and You had to disgrace her like this" She add.
Karina was relieved. She felt as if a big burden had been carried away from her. Jerry was covered with shame, he couldn't believe what Timothy did.
"Mr Cane!" The principal called. "I want you to give this boy 12 strokes of the cane" She pointed at Timothy.
Students and Karina watched Timothy being flogged 12 strokes of the angry cane of Mr Cane. Karina tears was uncontrollable as she watched Timothy being flogged and humiliated in front of everybody. Some students also pitied him. Timothy was bold enough to take the cane but he couldn't bear the last stroke which actually made him to grab his butt in pain.
After the flogging, The principal said, "Now listen to me all of you, no one should ever mention any person's name as lesbian or whatsoever. We all have heard and seen the truth, so no student of mine should be regarded as a bad person. Do you understand?!!"
"Yes, ma!" The students chorused.
"I want to also use this opportunity to tell you that Exam is fast approaching and our senior students will be leaving us. We are going to appoint our new prefects that will take over from where they stopped" The principal concluded.
"You can now go to your classes" Mr Cane said aloud. Some students started going before the teachers.
"Hey stop there, don't you have an atom of respect?" Mr Cane shouted at the students before they realised that they had to wait for all the teachers to go first before they can make use of the exit.
Timothy went to his class without anybody talking to him.
Nath and Jerry couldn't look at Karina's face because they felt like cowards.
Karina sat in her class reflecting on how she was save miraculously by Timothy.

After school was over, karina ran to Timothy. "Timothy!" She shouted and he stopped without hesitation.
"I'm sorry" Karina said with a romantic voice.
"For what?"
"For what you passed through just because of me"
"You deserve the best" Timothy replied and walked away. He suddenly stopped and came back. Nath was at the corner watching both of them.
"Karina, the letter was found in your assignment book by Jerry and you and i know that i didn't write the letter, so why would Rose write such letter to you?" Timothy asked.
Karina was speechless. "Come, follow me" She dragged Timothy by the hand. "Run!" She shouted and both started running. Students, even Nath saw them and wondered why they were running.
"What are we doing in the church?" Timothy asked Karina.
"Please, i want to see the pastor" Karina told a man in the church.
"Yes, I'm the pastor" A voice came from behind.
"Please, pastor you have to save my friend" Karina said in a hurry. Timothy was just there looking confused without knowing what was going on.

The pastor, Timothy and Karina arrived at Rose's house. Alex was still begging Rose to open the door. "What is going on?" He asked.
"I will explain later" Karina replied and started knocking at Rose's door. The door was finally broken opened. The pastor prayed and saw that Rose was possessed by the spirit of lesbianism. As the prayer was going on, Karina deleted all the lesbian videos on her laptop.
After the prayer, Rose laid on the floor helplessly.
"Your sister was possessed by the spirit of lesbianism" The pastor explained.
"Yes, is true"Karina added.
Alex went down on the floor where his sister was lying, he carried her up in a way she could sit, he held her through her back, round her should, he dried tears that was coming out from her eyes as he carried her like a new born baby girl. "Thank you pastor" He said in a low voice.
"No, thank God and this young girl here" The pastor pointed at Karina.
It was clear to Timothy whywhy Rose wrote the letter.
