Favour regrated hearing the sound of the phone. Timothy stretched his hand and picked up the phone. Favoured watched him as he placed in on his ear looking at her.
"Hi, my hero" Rose said.
"Hi, Rose"
"I want to tell you something"
Timothy's heart nearly jumped out from his thorax. He looked at favour whose eyes were fixed on him.
"Any problem?" He asked.
"Big problem" Rose replied.
"What is it?"
"I am pregnant"
"What?!" He jumped up from the bed. It seemed to him as if he was dreaming. He tried to maintain a low voice to relieve Favour from being suspicious.
"Please, tell me you are joking"
"I'm serious"
He was silent for a long time that even Favour began to wonder why. Suddenly, he heard Rose giggling from the other side of the phone.
"Why are you giggling?"
"I'm only joking with you, I'm not pregnant, in fact i ran a test the other day and it was negative"
Timothy's heartbeat began to slow down by the help of parasympathetic nervous system. He held his heart with his hands.
"Please, never joke around with this kind of a thing again"
"I know you are scared. Hmm.. I wonder if you love me"
"I lo..." He looked at Favour. "I love you of course" He said in a low voice but Favour head him clearly.
"Thanks.. Have you heard about Catherine?"
"Yes, is a pity. Is your brother aware?"
"Yes"
"And what's he doing about it?"
"He decided to take the responsibilities, but my parents are not aware yet"
"Hmm.. No one knows what will happen next.."
The line went dead. Both try talking but couldn't hear each other. Timothy kept the phone and laid on the bed.
"She must be your girlfriend" Favour said.
"Kind of"
"Don't deny her because of me" Favour stood up and picked her books. She looked at Timothy when she got to the door. She opened it and went away disappointed.

Karina and Alice were waking home from lectures. They were in jean trousers with black shoes. Alice noticed her mood wasn't bright enough.
"Is anything bothering you?" She asked, but Karina was quiet.
"Babe, talk to me nah"
Karina wanted to respond but she was interrupted by a voice that called her name from behind. She looked back and saw a young handsome boy close to her.
"Hi, do you remember me?" the boy asked. Karina looked at him for a while.
"Joseph, right?"
"Correct, Jojo"
"Where are you going?"
"I just came to say hi" He replied and joined them in strolling down the road. Karina needed to do an introduction.
"This is Alice my friend" She pointed at Alice. "Alice, meet Jojo, a guys that stumbled on me and fell my books" She smiled.
"Nice to meet you"
"Nice to meet you too" Jojo shook Alice's hand. He followed them till where he needed to go back. He requested for Karina's phone number. Karina looked at Alice who nodded her head positively in agreement and she exchanged numbers with Jojo.

Nath was still worried about Karina's attitude lately. He felt disappointed and rejected. John came in at that moment and saw him in a sad mood.
"Guy, what's it?"
"My girl is gradually leaving me"
"You mean Karina, the one you told me about?"
"Yes"
"What happened?"
Nath told him all that had happened.
"She's only being a girl. Try calling her again" John tried to behave like a nice boy rather than school-life boy.

Alice entered into Karina's apartment after she had dinner. She wore a bomshort with a light top. She sat down and reminded her about her sad mood earlier before Jojo interrupted.
"I think my guy is cheating on me" Karina said.
"How do you know?"
Karina explained to her how she called him and a girl picked the call.
"Has he called back?" Alice asked.
"Yes, and he said the girl picked the call by mistake and the battery off immediately. But i didn't believe him"
"Is difficult to have a distance relationship, but that's where trust comes in. You need to trust your guy. Though, i don't know him but you need to believe him. I also know that he can be cheating on you and you on him because such is life. So, believe him and move on"
Karina listened and wonder if she will cheat on Nath. Her phone rang. It was Nath...
