The afternoon was cold due to the low cloud that was showing signs of rainfall. Karina and Rose walked home from school. They could see the grasses bending up and down.
"I suspect that girl called Catherine" Rose brought up a topic.
"What suspicion?" Karina asked looking at her.
"She's behaving exactly the way i was behavin when i was a les.." She paused.
"That's true because she's mean to boys and always seen with girls" Karina supported. "Well, the truth will come out one day" She concluded and Rose nodded her head in agreement.

Alex had already gone home because of his wet cloth. "Catherine must pay for this!" He murmured as he went home.

A week before examination, the principal gathered all the students. Of course Mr Cane was there with his angry cane. The principal said in loud tiny female voice, "Examination is by the corner, you should be ready and prepared. But i want to remind you that no debtor will write the exam. You must clear all your debts before you sit for the Exam. So, i will drive you home from next week if you are owning a kobo. Do you understand!"
"Yes, ma!" The students chorused, but it wasn't sound enough because many of them were debtors so they refused to respond rather they kept on making noise.
"You, over there!" Mr Cane pointed at a boy who was distracting others. "Are u talking to me sir?" The boy asked with his hands on his chest.
"Yes, have u paid your school fees?" Mr Cane asked.
"No, sir" The boy replied.
"That's why you are behaving like a mad man, abi!" All the students laughed and the boy hid himself behind.

Karina made up her mind to confront Nath because she wanted to know her stand. She couldn't wait for the bell to be rung for school over, she walked straight into Nath's classroom. "I want to talk to you" She said pointing at him from the door.  Catherine saw her standing at the door and their eyes caught together. Karina winked her eyes in an insultive manner.
Nath stood up, he went to her. "What's it?" He asked as both walked out.
"Do you want to break up with me?" Karina asked.
"Is that why you came to my class?" They stopped.
"Isn't that enough reason?" Karina threw back the question.
"Listen, just go back to your class" Nath commanded. Immediately a voice came from the staff room saying, "S.P (Senior Prefect)!" Nath looked back and saw Mr Cane who was calling.
"What are you discussing with the Head-girl?" Mr Cane asked and Karina left them.
"Sir, we are discussing on how to take the school to another level" Nath smiled as he was going back to his class.
"That's an illusion, your posture with Karina can tell what you were discussing about" Mr Cane also smile. Nath knew he had an idea of what they were discussing because Mr Cane wasn't a small boy that can easily be deceived.

Elizabeth was actually enjoying the act she was initiated into. She was deeply inlove with it because she felt that was only sexual satisfying way since boys didn't come her way.
"I will introduce you to someone, her name is Sandra" Catherine told Elizabeth as both were going home from school.
"Who is Sandra?" She asked.
"She is also a fun player, but she lives a bit far from our street that's why i find it difficult to meet her sometimes" Catherine replied.
"I will like to know her" Elizabeth agreed.

Love was in the air, Timothy and Rose's love grew stronger day by day while Karina and Jerry were getting more jealous because they felt left out.
Karina brought out a paper, she placed it on her reading table in her room and she began to write a letter to Nath.

Before the next day, Sandra was quarrelling with her neighbour for a reason unknown to people who gathered around their compound.
"You are a witch!" Sandra exclaimed to the hearing of the lady she was quarrelling with.
"Ashawo!" She yelled back on Sandra.
Meanwhile, Catherine and Elizabeth had planned to go to Sandra's place on the next  day for an introduction. While Karina also folded her letter, put it inside her bag to give Nath the next day too.
